WHAT
IS A CHUPACABRA?

Chupacabra or the "goat sucker" is an animal unknown to science that systemically kills animals by
sucking their blood out – leaving their bodies dry. The
animal has been seen in places like Puerto Rico, Mexico, Mainland
USA and more recently Chile. The creature's name originated
with the discovery of some dead goats in Puerto Rico with puncture
wounds in their necks and their blood allegedly drained. Thousands
of victims have been reported – particularly in South
America. |

Witnesses describe the creature as three to five feet tall;
dark gray; a coarse, hairy body; glowing red eyes or black
eyes; two sharp protruding teeth. Some report bat-like wings,
leaps or hops like a kangaroo, short forearms, three-fingered
claw-like "hands", and spikes or quills running
down its back.

DR VIRGILIO SANCHEZ- OCEJO
PARANORMAL/UFO INVESTIGATOR
Dr. VIRGILIO SANCHEZ-OCEJO has been investigating UFO activity since
1956 when he saw his first UFO at Havana University. He earned his
Doctor in Law Degree at Havana University in 1960 and came to the
United States in the later part of that year. He investigated UFO
cases in Cuba and authored articles on the subject which have appeared
in many UFO magazines in the United States and Latin America.
He is author of "UFO, CONTACT FROM UNDERSEA", (1982. Published
by Wendelle C. Stevens ) an abduction investigation case in Miami.
He frequently lectures on UFOs at campuses and private schools in
Florida and the south.
He has appeared in many radio and television programs, in both English
and Spanish languages, as an expert on UFOs. For more than two years
he host his own talk program, in Spanish, in a local radio station
named:"LOOKING FOR AN ANSWER".
He has been a guest speaker in various international UFO forums
and symposiums, and has been serving as a bridge between Spanish
and American UFO Groups and Organizations. He was appointed Special
Representative at Large for South America by MUFON.
He traveled accompanying Dr. Joseph. Allen Hynek as CUFOS Representative
in South America. Dr. Sanchez-Ocejo is a student of the Mayan Civilization
in the Yucatan peninsula as well as the Inca Civilization in Peru.
He is president of MIAMI UFO CENTER, a non- profit organization
registered in Florida. His organization is composed of a small group
of professionals in different fields of specialization.
The principal objective of his organization is to form a link between
Latin American and North American investigators. His goal is to
discover the essential nature of the UFO phenomenon.
